Loading order in websphere application server

Hi,
Definition is simple, follow the orders,  Enter the following (bullets as steps):

• WAS admin console
• Enterprise Applications
• Select the first EAR for example
• Startup Behavior
• In the "Startup Order" Enter a weight.
• The weights are like priorities of loading, the lowest is first one to be loaded etc.

Hi,
This is not and error and still everything will continue to run on websphere. Something went wrong with the EAR build or deploy to the Websphere application server.
