Download this file ha408.jar
Then run it using this command line for example:
"java -Xmx1200m -jar ha408.jar"
* The Xmx can be also 1024 or 512 it depends.
Than after the application is running, you can open the "*.phd" files from websphere to analyze.

My Configuration is as follow: WebSphere Application Server 6.1.0.19, it seems that this is sort of bug they have.

- Add "com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.ChannelWriteType=sync" as a custom property in the Web Container section. (via admin console).
- Download next upgrade 6.1.0.21 or 6.1.0.27 from http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=180&uid=swg27004980
